Does it work as promised? and how?

Hi,

I am spending all my time learning (coding), - reading about -and testing tools, because I am a tech geek and also trying to figure out what is the best way to start a new web-hosting/development business, - for as little money as possible.

I am old-school (and old) and don't believe in spending before earning.

There is a lot of offers and tools out there, however many of them want your money before you even know how they work and how much need for adaption/work has to be made, before you can launch the end product.

Currently I am looking into WHMCS and alike. Like the extension "Plesk Extended For WHMCS" module.

I am also curious to check out this forum, to see if there is some like minded peepz with intelligent inputs.
