RTX 2080 Problems

Hello, I have a rtx 2080, and I'm having problems with it such as Fan noise and a burning smell has anybody else have these problems?

Sounds Like the bearings in my fans are rattling, and my card puts out like a Burning Rubber Smell, Any fixes? or should I just get a new card?

you can send your rtx in waranty and receive a new one :)
