Website sleeping

Hi, I have a question. I bought a hosting at hostgator (Brazil), but I feel that after a while without entering the site, it sleeps, and when I do the first access again it wakes up, but this first load is slow. Is there really that or is it my mind? does anyone know how to solve

I’d assume this is because after a while cache clears so your loading everything again without any cache. You can use something like cloud flare to server images ect and load the site faster
