I hate constant pingers... just use your headphone and talk like a normal person. By simply doing this you can strategize properly and be connected and know whatever going on on every corner of the map. Then it will actually feel like you are a team working together. Most 2k sits play like solo players and in most games wins and loses are determined by 1-2 op players only.. where rest of the team has no idea what is going on. Try talking next time (politely) and maybe you can actually make some good friends. Only after that your road to Legend or Divine will actually start (and not by renaming).
