What's the best wordpress theme and page builder

I build websites for many clients and always use Wordpress, i used themes like oceanWP, total themeforest, enfold themeforest etc...
I always use elementor pro, i make decent websites, icould get better.
My question is what do you guys think is the best theme and site builder?
Elementor or DIVI, or just use the builder that come with certain themes, is custom css and js important or not so much?
Would really like to get your opinions.

The only theme I have experience with is Divi so far, but it seems to do everything I need it to. Still have some kinks to work out with the mobile display on the website I'm working on, but on the desktop it looks great

I'm using divi and I'm happy with it it is pretty flexible, the only downside is that you need a lot of processing power for divi builder as it takes a lot of CPU.

I use Beaver Builder along with Beaver Themer. Great support and frequent updates.

Generatepress full stop. For page builder probably elementor as it has a very healthy plugin ecosytem on its own

I use Thrive Leads + Thrive Architect only for funnels in wordpress. Is the best and cheap option.

I'd say TheGem, it works so good! But, WPBakery sucks in so many ways... Also Uncode, awesome theme!

Divi and Elementor are okay to use but will slow down the website for a mobile rating for sure. Probably best to use gutenberg from now on. Many people now require a high mobile rating, but idk if it affects google results rating. Any thoughts?

I'm using WPBakery with salient theme. WP Bakery have a lot of aditional plugins for make your website look very professional, but in counterpart its a little slow.
