xRumer or Scrapebox? Should I even compare?

I hera that they are the best SEO Tools available in the market but I can't decide on one! Can anyone help me figure out which one should I get? ANd is there any additional cost that comes along with the purchase like proxies and stuff?

xrumer is dead... It is mostly for blackhat seo and your site might get panelized... Scrapebox is still in use for other tasks than seo. like scraping, form submission etc.
